Weekend Day Delegate
Participation cost £206 | For all resources and teaching sessions
This does not include food. Food is booked separately.
Kings Park Conference Centre, Northampton, NN3 6LL
- Check in from 4pm on the Friday, Welcome session at 6pm, evening meal at 7pm.
- Sunday will finish around 2pm
- Outstanding balances can be made in instalments.
- Food can be ordered – see below for costs – on your booking form. This will be invoiced separately.

- All payments are due by Friday 23rd January 2026.

- Friday dinner is £22.80, Saturday lunch £14.80, Saturday dinner £22.80 and Sunday lunch £22.80
- Payment of the outstanding balance after the deposit is available in instalments. Please indicate you would like this option on the booking form.
- Payment can also be made via bank transfer. Our bank details are available upon submission of the booking form.
- Once payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation and further information is updated regularly via a Google drive link.

FAQs
Do I have to pay all at once?
No. We recognise that choosing to come on a Christian Dance weekend with us, can be quite a financial committment. The deposit is needed to secure your booking. There is then the choice to pay the balance in full or in instalments. Final payment dates are made clear upon booking. If you choose to pay in instalments, a member of the team will be in touch after receiving your booking to go through this.
What if I can no longer come?
We’ll be very sad if you can no longer come, but understand that things can change. All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are then available based on the terms and conditions for that weekend. These are available alongside booking above.
Is food provided?
Food for a weekend day delegate food is not provided but is available. You can select to join everyone else for a meal Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch. It will be important to make these selections on your booking form.
Can I just come for the Saturday?
At the moment this option is not available, the weekend is best experienced as a whole and therefore even if you are not staying over we encourage you to participate in the whole of the weekend as much as possible.
What if I have limited mobility?
Accessible rooms are available at all of our venues along with specific items for particular venues. Please do ask. We encourage you to put as much information as possible onto the booking form to enable our sessions to be as accessible as possible. All our Christian Dance Leaders are aware of possible limited mobility and design sessions as such that participation is accessible as much as possible.
I have some additional needs how will I be supported?
Every effort is made to meet additional support as is reasonably possible during sessions. We ask that you put as much information as you are happy with on the booking form and one of the team will get in touch. It is however tricky to provide 1 to 1 support. If you feel this is something that you will need, we encourage you to bring someone with you that can support you in this way.
