UC Grace Team

UC Grace Team

"Dance to me is an embodiment of your soul, your heart, your very essence."

We are at a very exciting stage in UC Grace where we are starting to recognise that the time has come to grow a team that can continue that heart and passion of UC Grace in other places around the country and at our regular events.

Our first step in exploring this is building a team to work alongside Anna at the 2020 Dance Weekend. So we would love to hear from you, if you think it is the right time for you to step out and try something different.

The process of being on the UC Grace team will be a training and equipping one. We want you to learn and grow whilst you are part of us.

This is a learning process for us, and we would like to solidify it, with the hope to offer more formal training opportunities for people to join a network, which means this is very much a two way process.

Here's some good bits of information for you to know -

Your commitment -

  • To be open and honest about the areas you'd like to develop through joining the team and the areas you might struggle with.
  • To be present at all training and developing events where possible. Most will be done via video call on zoom, once or twice a month. There will also be practical live trainings, please see below for information on when that is currently planned.
  • To commit yourselves to working with others in a constructive, supportive and encouraging way.
  • To challenge yourself with what you know, how you deliver things, and putting yourself out the box so God can grow you more.

Our Commitment -

  • To have clear lines of communication and expectations at all times.
  • To grow your skills and understanding about teaching dance and movement using prayer and Gods word.
  • To encourage you to develop your journey and practice in a way that makes you shine.
  • To release the confidence in you that God will  provide you with all you need by standing on his foundation and listening to his heart.
  • To make you accountable for your development and interaction within the team.
  • To pursue to deliver high quality training and development to equip you well as you step out to lead in our team.
